Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, Laura began playing sports at age 4. Laura began her volleyball career in 7th grade and fell in love with game instantly. By her senior year in highschool, she led the defense as the starting libero to an impressive 22-1 record and a trip to the AAAA state semi-finals. During her highschool career she received All-State, All-Conference, and All-District accolades.
Building on her high school success, Laura went on to play collegiate volleyball at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, earning the starting libero spot as a true-freshman. During her sophomore year, she notched an impressive 1,000-plus digs and played a pivotal role in a dramatic reverse sweep to clinch the AMCC Conference Championship — earning a berth to the NCAA Division III National Tournament. Although her final season was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, Laura wrapped up her career with an outstanding total of over 1,400 digs across 80 matches and 150 sets.
After college, Laura took a brief hiatus from volleyball while launching a new branch office of a restoration company during 2020–2021. She soon returned to the game, coaching a successful 16s team at a local club known for consistent performance and tournament wins. In 2022, Laura stepped into the collegiate coaching world as an assistant coach for the Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Volleyball Team. During the seaon Laura was selected as the Interim Head Coach.
After relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2023, she continued to share her passion for the sport, coaching several club volleyball teams and leading a JV2 high school team during the fall season.
Outside of volleyball, Laura holds a double major in Exercise Science and Pre-Medicine, and she is on track to complete her Master of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology in the fall. Laura is currently working a full time job in the medical field. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her cats and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, the Phillies, and all things sports-related.

Logan began competing in sports at the young age of three, starting with indoor soccer before quickly transitioning to outdoor travel leagues and football. In high school, he focused on football, briefly track and field, and powerlifting—competing in multiple meets and winning gold. Logan developed strong leadership skills early on, often leading offseason workouts that played a key role in his team’s success.
Logan’s competitiveness, dedication, and work ethic didn’t stop after high school. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. During college, Logan was a constant presence at nearly all of Laura’s volleyball games. In the off-season, he became her go-to training partner, assisting with intense weightlifting sessions, speed and agility drills, and countless hours of on-court work. Through this hands-on experience, Logan developed a genuine passion for the game and began learning the sport beyond just being a fan.
While completing his degree, Logan teamed up with Laura to help launch and operate a restoration company from 2020 to 2022. As Laura began her coaching career, Logan naturally stepped into a support role—taking ownership of filming matches, tracking stats, reviewing film, creating highlights, and contributing to team scouting and strategic preparation for multiple teams and clubs.
Since 2022, Logan has worked in the roofing industry, which led to a relocation to the Pacific Northwest in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys video games, working on home projects, and watching sports.
